Bone Cancer Research Trust
Is an alliance of a number of established local charities and groups of family and friends of Primary Bone Cancer patients throughout Britain and Ireland formed to promote research into the causes and treatment of Primary Bone Cancer, and in particular of Osteosarcoma and Ewing’s Sarcoma.
The Brain and Spine Foundation
Not specific to Brain/Spinal Tumours but has a link to ‘Headstrong – all about brain tumours’ is a colourful child–centred resource aiming to help children find out more about their condition, cope with their treatment and lessen their anxiety. There are two booklets, one for children aged 7-9, the other for those aged 10–12. The Brain and Spine Helpline
An award winning service run by neuroscience nurses and other health professionals. The helpline covers all brain and spine conditions, from fairly common to the very rare, and can offer information and support on any medical or related social and emotional issues of concern.

Leukaemia Research
Established in 1960 and is still the only national research charity devoted exclusively to leukaemia, the lymphomas, myeloma, aplastic anaemia, myelodysplasia, the myeloproliferative disorders and the related blood disorders in both children and adults.
The Lymphoma Association
Provides free of charge, information and emotional support to anyone with lymphatic cancer and their families, carers and friends. The Neuroblastoma Society
Works exclusively for children with Neuroblastoma in raising funds for British research into the disease and offering information and support for anyone affected by neuroblastoma. Befriending Scheme - Support is available, usually by telephone, to parents and other close family members of a child with neuroblastoma.
